1. Digital Services Orlok Infotech provides entirely digital services. There is no physical shipping involved.

2. Service Activation Upon successful payment, your plan is activated immediately and access is granted to your account within minutes.

3. NFC Cards (If Applicable) If you order a physical NFC card, delivery timelines and shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order. NFC card orders are subject to separate terms.

4. Downtime In the event of technical issues causing service unavailability, we will work to restore access as soon as possible. No refund is issued for temporary downtime.
