4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or offensive content, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with platform operations.

5. Content Ownership You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Orlok Infotech a license to display it as part of the service.

6. Payment All plans are billed annually. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability Orlok Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
